Most national plantation shutter brands operate this way: their parent company designs a product, contracts with a factory in China or Vietnam to manufacture it, ships it to a U.S. warehouse, then sells through dealer networks and franchise stores that add their own markup. By the time a $400 panel reaches you, you've paid the factory, the brand, the warehouse, and the dealer. The dealer also doesn't manufacture, so they can't service or replace anything quickly.
Our showroom and factory are at 504 Center Rd in Fort Myers. The showroom has every shutter style, color, and material we offer — physical samples in actual light. Behind the showroom, the factory is operating: you can see panels being built, finished, and prepared for installation. We give factory tours by appointment for serious buyers — call ahead.
Because our factory and our install team are the same company, our QC is integrated. Every panel goes through inspection by a craftsman who knows what an installer needs. Issues that get caught at QC get fixed before they ship — they don't surface at install or six months later. This is harder to do when manufacturing happens 8,000 miles from installation.
